Juliet graduated with a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Mount Holyoke College in 2021 where she completed an honors thesis in evolutionary biology. There she also discovered her fascination with immunology and infectious disease. In June 2021, she joined the Engelman Lab where she acts as the virology technician, producing large-scale stocks of virus and performing infectivity assays, amongst other duties. Her ongoing work involves using flow cytometry to monitor HIV-1 replication kinetics over time in different types of immune cells. In her free time, she enjoys strolls in the Arnold Arboretum, cooking interesting recipes, and singing along to her favorite songs.
